FarmFirst Dairy Co-op to Hold Fall District Meetings
Michigan Ag Connection - 10/15/2019

The FarmFirst Dairy Cooperative is in the process of planning its fall district member meetings. The events allow members a chance to gather together to celebrate another year of cooperative successes and look to the year ahead. Attendees will also receive a legislative update, vote in district elections and resolutions in addition to enjoying a complementary meal.

Member meetings are taking place throughout Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

"District meetings take place on an annual basis, and serve as a great opportunity for board members and staff to connect with members in our district and share with them what the cooperative has been doing on their behalf," said FarmFirst Board President John Rettler. "FarmFirst is focused on the future, and these meetings help showcase a bit of what FarmFirst is doing for dairy farmers, here and in Washington, D.C."

This is the co-op's seventh season of fall district meetings since the company was created after the merging of Milwaukee Cooperative Milk Producers, Manitowoc Milk Producers Cooperative and Family Dairies USA in late 2012.
