Hearing Set for USDA Nominees Berkovitz, Hubbard

U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Chairman Pat Roberts, R-Kan., and Ranking Member Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., announced the Committee will hold a hearing to consider the nominations of Dan Berkovitz and James Hubbard.
Berkovitz, of Maryland, has been nominated to be a commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Hubbard, of Colorado, was nominated to be Under Secretary of Agriculture for Natural Resources and Environment at the U.S. Department of Agriculture
The hearing will take place July 24 beginning at 10 a.m. in 328A Russell Senate Office Building in Washington, D.C.
The hearing will be webcast live on ag.senate.gov.
