Michigan State University (MSU) invites farmers, agronomists, and crop professionals to attend the 2025 MSU Weed Tour and Michigan Wheat Program (MWP) Wheat Field Day on June 25 in Lansing and Mason, Michigan. The dual events offer practical insights into weed management and wheat research from top university experts.
MSU Weed Tour
- Location: MSU Agronomy Farm, 4450 Beaumont Rd., Lansing, MI
- Time: 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. ET
- Check-In: Begins at 8:30 a.m. with coffee, juice, and donuts
- Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Weed Tour participants only)
- Cost: $30 (pre-registered) or $40 (on-site); includes lunch and booklet
- Pre-registration deadline: June 19, 2025
- Credits requested: CCA, Private, Commercial Core, and Category 1A
Topics include:
- Weed control in corn and soybeans
- Non-GMO soybean weed management
- MWP Wheat Field Day
