Jim DiFalco of Mount Clemens, Michigan, received the Farm Bureau Insurance Directors’ Award at the company’s annual Multi-Line Marketing Convention hosted in Grand Rapids February 23rd-25th.
The award recognizes a Farm Bureau Insurance agent within their first five years with the company who exemplifies a commitment to professional development, community involvement and a successful office environment.
“Whether it’s the Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, B to B networking, or supporting the local high school, (Jim DiFalco) is seemingly everywhere,” said Statewide Sales Director, Lucas Wey, while presenting DiFalco with the Directors’ Award. Wey continued, “(He) demonstrates an intrinsic desire to volunteer time and resources for organizations like the Agent Charitable Fund and Forgotten Harvest while still finding time to establish himself as a savvy business owner with great marketing skills who gets results and remains a consistent top performer in the Southeast Region.”
