Michigan State University Extension has introduced a new Michigan Farmland Lease Template to help farmers and landowners create clear and effective farmland rental agreements. The resource is designed to simplify the leasing process and provide a starting point for developing agreements that meet the needs of both parties.
Farmland leasing can be a complex process, especially when determining which terms and conditions should be included in an agreement.
