Culinary Institute of Michigan Open House Jan. 17

Enjoy light refreshments while learning about degree programs in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Food and Beverage Management at the Culinary Institue of Michigan, part of the Baker College campus, 2000 St. Clair St., Port Huron. Tour the college's state-of-the-art facilities, watch a cooking demonstration and receive answers to questions during a Q&A session.

Schedule of events for the Jan. 17 open house are:

5:45 p.m. - Check-in

6 p.m. - Welcome and overview

6:30 p.m. - CIM tour and activities

8 p.m. - Wrap up & optional housing tours

The campus is also BakerProud of its competition wins (too many to list!), but representatives will be happy to share the winning formula that translates into success for Culinary Institute students.
