'Managing Farm Stress' June 9 via Zoom

Numerous factors may cause stress for farmers. Many face financial problems, price and marketing uncertainties, farm transfer issues, production challenges and more. Farmers may struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, indecision or suicidal thoughts.

During this free program offered by Michigan State University Extension, participants will:

- Identify stress signs and symptoms.

- Practice three everyday strategies for managing stress.

- Find out where to go for more help and resources.

- Make an action plan for managing stress.

This webinar will be available over Zoom in two different time slots: June 9 from 12 to 12:30 p.m. EST or 7 to 7:30 p.m. EST. Instructions on Zoom software and setup or an alternative call-in number will be sent in the confirmation email.
