Michigan's viticulture and winemaking practices are about to get a major upgrade. Dirt to Glass 2023, a two-day conference slated for August 24-25 in Traverse City, is set to bring together world-class experts to present the highest international standards of grape growing and winemaking.

The conference is designed for grape growers and wine producers across Michigan and neighboring states and will feature a lineup of speakers from around the globe sharing their knowledge on various topics including sustainability, soil health, vineyard management, and winemaking practices.

Attendees can expect advanced, practical information and tools to cultivate a new and innovative community of growers and producers. They can also look forward to a highly technical guided wine tasting led by a panel of expert tasters with broad market experience.

This tasting will deepen participants' understanding of the sensory aspects of wine affected by environmental and cultivation factors.

With informative sessions, curated tastings, and a field day showcasing vineyard management practices and wine quality, Dirt to Glass 2023 will offer something for industry newcomers and veterans alike. Attendees will also have multiple opportunities to network with peers and experts from all facets of the industry.
