The Michigan Manure Management Summit is back on January 31st, 2024, and it's your opportunity to gain valuable knowledge on a range of manure management topics. From 10 am to 4 pm at the AgroLiquid Conference Center in St. Johns, experts will share their insights on best practices, new technologies, and critical considerations for successful manure management.

Whether you're a seasoned farmer or just starting out, this summit promises to be a valuable learning experience. Speakers will cover a diverse range of topics, including:

  • Right-to-Farm considerations and navigating legal regulations
  • Effective employee training for safe and efficient manure handling

The Michigan Farm Bureau Family of Companies and MSU Extension are proud to present this summit, which is part of the Michigan Manure Hauler Certification Program. This program, launched in 2020, provides a voluntary pathway for farms and applicators to improve their practices and ultimately reduce the risk of spills.
