Michigan's 15th annual making it in Michigan conference

Michigan State University Extension Product Center is gearing up for the 15th annual Making It In Michigan (MIIM) Conference & Trade Show, slated for April 24, 2024, at Lansing Center. Collaborating with Pure Michigan Business Connect (PMBC) and the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (MDARD), this event showcases over 160 vendors promoting high-quality Michigan-made food, beverages, and agricultural products. 

The MIIM Conference & Trade Show offers a valuable one-day platform for budding Michigan enterprises to network with statewide buyers. Anticipating over 300 attendees representing diverse sectors, this event unites entrepreneurs, retailers, consumers, government officials, and industry stakeholders to strengthen Michigan's economy. 

Mollie Woods, MSU Product Center Director, expressed excitement: "We're thrilled to host the MIIM Conference and Marketplace Trade Show. It's a hub for Michigan manufacturers and fosters significant buyer engagement." 

Featuring expert panels and a keynote speaker, the morning session aims to inspire food manufacturers. The event also celebrates standout clients with special awards during a lunch session, highlighting their entrepreneurial achievements.

This event promises rich networking opportunities, fostering growth for Michigan's local businesses across the food and agriculture sectors.
