The Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan Agent Charitable Fund (ACF) recently awarded $26,500 in grants to 14 organizations working to combat hunger across the state. These grants, part of the ACF's Feeding the Future program, will help provide vital food assistance to individuals and families facing food insecurity.
Eligible organizations were nominated by their local Farm Bureau Insurance agent and selected based on their need, the population they serve, and the overall goal of their program. The ACF awarded a total of $146,500 in Feeding the Future grants in 2023.
The recipient organizations include:
- Acts House of Judea Community Services (Detroit)
- Alpena Public Schools (Alpena)
