Calling all grape growers! Michigan State University's 35th annual Viticulture Field Day returns to the Southwest Michigan Research and Extension Center on July 31st.

This educational event offers a chance to learn about the latest tools and techniques in grape production. See demonstrations of new equipment, attend informative talks by industry experts, and connect with fellow grape enthusiasts.

Discounted early-bird registration is available until July 18th, with prices starting at $70 for a single day. The event includes presentations on a variety of topics, including:

  • Using drones for efficient and effective grape spraying
  • Maintaining healthy soil for optimal grapevine growth
  • Adapting disease management strategies to unpredictable weather patterns

This year's event also features a new addition - the Michigan Enology Experience on August 1st.
